Changing your PPS Online Password

Logging in to PPS Online and changing your password

1. Double click the PPS Online shortcut.







2. Type in your username and password and click OK.







3. You will now be looking at the PPS login screen, at this stage you need to press ctrl + alt + end.







4. Click the Change Password button.







5. Firstly enter your existing password, then your new password and then your new password again for confirmation. Finish by clicking OK.

Password rules and criteria

• At least 7 characters
• Has not been used in the previous 24 passwords
• Does not contain the account or full name
• Contains at least 3 of the following 4 character groups:
  1. Uppercase character (A to Z).
  2. Lower case character (a to z).
  3. Numerals (0 - 9).
  4. Symbol (such as !, $, #, % etc.)
