Completing an Appointment

1.

Highlight the appointment and either click the purple appointment completed tick button or right click and select appointment completed to open the Appointment Completed screen.

From here you can bill the client and record payments.  (See Creating a charge from the Consultation screen.)

3.

If you wish to make another appointment enter when the next appointment should be and click <Book Another Appointment>.  The Appointment Completed screen will close and the appointment diary will jump to the relevant day/week.

4.

If you don’t want to book the appointment then you can schedule a reminder.  Choose when the reminder should be and click <Schedule a Reminder> to open the Schedule a Future Reminder screen.  (See Activities -> Schedule a Reminder.)
