Editing the PPS Online RDP connection for MAC

Editing the PPS Online RDP/RDC for a new PPS Online address on Apple MAC

Please note, this guide is for Apple Macs only. If you use a Windows based PC, please use this guide - Editing the PPS Online RDP Connection - Windows PC
  1. Run your RDC link as you normally would from your Apple Mac Desktop or Applications folder.

  2. Replace the current domain (ppsonline1.rushcliff.com in this instance) with the new domain - supplied by PPS Support (ppsonline3.rushcliff.com in this instance).

  3. Click Connect and you will be presented with the user credentials screen.

  4. Make sure the Domain entry is set to your new domain and 'Add user information to your keychain' is un-ticked.

  5. Enter your password and click OK to connect.

  6. If you are prompted with:

  7. Click Connect and your PPS Online session will load.

Saving your changes

  1. When you close your PPS Online session you will be prompted to save the new details:

  2. Click Save.
