Installing TS Scan for PPS Online

This guide takes you through installing TS Scan which enables scanning in items to PPS Online session via your locally installed scanners.

Installing TS Scan

a) Click on the following link and save the file: TS Scan

b) Once the file is saved double click and go through the installation process

Please note at this stage you need to be logged out of PPS Online

c) Once the file has installed you then log back in to PPS Online

Scanning using TS Scan

a) Just like with a land based PPS system, when you click on Scan Document within PPS (Via the 'Attach a Document' screen) you will be able to scan directly via your own locally installed scanner.

If you have multiple scanners installed locally, you will firstly be given the choice of selecting which scanner you wish to use.
