Statement of Accounts

Statement of Account
A Statement of Account can be printed for any selected client or third-party account. This will show all, or a range of, transactions on the client account, and an outstanding balance. The statement layout can be customised to suit your own layout requirements if required from the Layout Designer area in Tools. The statement is designed to be printed and sent to the client (or third-party) as a reminder of an overdue account and will include a list of invoices outstanding, and (optionally) will include a list of payments received so far.

Date Range, Printing & Exporting
Select a date range if required before printing the statement. There is a tick box when printing a clients account, offering to make a record on the clients log of this print-off. There is also the option to preview and print when required, or the ability to export into a file type using the 'File' Button. This gives the option of creating an MS Excel sheet, Text file (tab or comma delimited) or a dBase Database file.
