The following guide will take you through downloading the PhysioTools Connector which enables PhysioTools Online to work within the PPS Consultation screen.
Firstly you will need to download and install first the PhysioTools Online Connector software from http://www.physiotools.com/PhysioToolsConnector
Once downloaded you will need to 'run' the software install by double clicking the file. (Your preferred web browser may instead just ask if you wish to the file after the download has finished)
The 'Setup Wizard' screen will appear. Click on and follow the onscreen prompts to install the software.
This is known as an "MSI package" which installs by default to "C:\Program Files\PhysioTools" for 32bit Windows and "C:\Program Files (x86)\PhysioTools\" for 64bit Windows.
Once the PhysioTools Connector has been installed, from within PPS, you will need to go to the PPS Menu > Tools > Options > General System Options, and then click onto the tab.
Tick to activate PhysioTools, and confirm the command line connects to either "C:\Program Files\PhysioTools\PhysioTools.exe" if you are on 32bit Windows or "C:\Program Files (x86)\PhysioTools\PhysioTools.exe" for 64bit Windows. Once done, click .
Once this has been done, you are now ready to activate PhysioTools through PPS. If you navigate to the consultation screen with an appropriate client selected, and click on the button. You will be presented with the following screen.
You can then click on which will bring up the following screen.
You will then need to fill in the form and wait for PhysioTools to activate the link between PPS and PhysioTools for your account. You will receive an e-mail which will confirm that you are now able to start using PPS with PhysioTools.
This concludes the PPS Help Guide.
