Remote Assistance

Remote assistance allows the PPS Support team to log into your PC or Mac to assist with issues.

If you have been asked to provide a remote assistance ID please run the Team Viewer remote assistance program that has just been downloaded.

You'll need to contact the Support team in order to initiate a remote assistance session.

The Support team can be contacted on or 01283 245 400.

Our dedicated Support team are available Monday to Friday between 8:30am – 5:30pm GMT
