Should one of your consultations find itself in the wrong Treatment Episode for a client you can transfer it via the Update Treatment Episode button at the top of the consultation screen.
Open the consultation that you want to move from the Client Log to ensure that you have the correct consultation you want to transfer open.
Choose Assign this consultation to another Treatment Episode.
Another window will open and from here you can locate and select the Treatment Episode to transfer the consultation to or create a new episode for this specific consultation:
