PPS Express has a series of reports available that allow you to review clients, accounts, and appointments from your system for a specified date range.
a. Access the reports in PPS Express via the Reports tab from the navigation menu.
b. Here you'll find the five available reports arranged into three categories:
Client - The Client List report allows you to review details of clients based on the date they were registered on the system. This date is added or amended in the client details. Use the date range here to specify when clients brought through should have been registered.
Accounts - View details of Charges, Invoices, and Payments. Apply a date range based on the date on the relevant account entry.
Appointments - Review appointment information and use the date range to only bring through appointments for particular dates.
c. We'll use the Appointments report as an example to see how Express reports function. See below an Appointments report run for one specific day.
d. In the top corner you'll find your date range which allows you to define a time period you want to see results for. Once you've set or altered the date range press Run Report to view your results.
e. Your report results will be displayed in the lower section of the screen with columns that differ based on the type of report you're running. Click column headers to re-order results based on the data in that specific column. You can specify how many results to see per page here. If your results spread into more than one page you'll have the option to move between them.
f. If you want to send these report results via e-mail then enter the relevant address into the field in the top right and choose Send. The report will be sent via e-mail as a .csv file attachment.
