When using the Diary in PPS Express, the system will remember the last Diary User that you have selected - so you can move away from the Diary and still remain on the same Diary User and week when you return.
When you first use PPS Express, if you are a Diary User then the Diary will default to display your availability, otherwise you will be prompted to set a Default Diary User in Settings.
If you are a Diary User, you are still able to set a Default Diary User other than yourself which will be used when you first login to a new session.
To set your Default Diary User through PPS Express itself, click Settings from the main menu.
In the Diary Options section, select the Diary User you wish to set as default - then click Save Changes.
