Certain PPS Express users may wish to override the standard 60 minute timeout period in PPS Express and increase this to 24 hours.
To do so, click Settings from the main menu.
In the Remember Me section, tick Stay Logged In (for up to 24 hours) - then click Save Changes.
Remote assistance allows the PPS Support team to log into your PC or Mac to assist with issues.
If you have been asked to provide a remote assistance ID please run the Team Viewer remote assistance program that has just been downloaded.
You'll need to contact the Support team in order to initiate a remote assistance session.
