Choosing the Search icon at the top of your PPS Appointments Diary presents you with three options:
Search for Existing Client Appointments
Find an appointment already present somewhere in your diary.
Enter part of the client name or any notes that were part of the booking in the top field as required. Choose any of the specifics below to narrow down your search.
Hit Search once you've set your details and you'll be presented with a list of all appointments that match your criteria.
Search for Free Appointment Slot
Use this option to locate a free slot in the diary that matches certain specifications provided by you or one of your clients.
Enter the relevant details here or leave any unspecified fields blank. Choose OK to complete the search. You'll be presented with diary style results that allow you to review all slots/days that match your criteria.
Show Diary Overview
This final option shows you an overall, colour-coded view of the availability/bookings of the room or practitioner you are currently viewing or all rooms/practitioners if you are viewing all. See more information on different diary view options here.
