The standard PPS letterhead allows for the addition of your practice name, address, and contact information which can automatically be populated into letters and invoices produced from PPS.
a. To configure your letterhead navigate to Tools > System Set Up > Set Up Letterhead.
b. Here you have five lines in which you can enter text to be included in your letterhead. You can see what your letterhead will look like in the preview at the bottom of the screen.
c. Untick the "Include these details" box to disable the letterhead at any time. You can also use this option if you are using letterheaded paper and would rather the top section of your letters etc. remain blank. Please note, if you untick this box then the letterhead details will still be present when printing Clinical Notes.
d. If you want to incorporate logos or images in your headers then you will need to add these via the PPS Layout Designers accessible from the Tools menu.
