In PPS you can scan documents directly into the system and attach them to client logs to be stored and viewed whenever required.
You'll need to ensure that your scanner is functioning outside of PPS before it can be used to scan into the system. TWAIN drivers will need to be installed for your scanner before it can work alongside PPS, the manufacturer should be able to provide these for all TWAIN compatible scanners.
Important: For PPS Hosted systems you'll also need to install TS Scan to be able to scan directly into the system. TS Scan installation details can be found here.

Please Note: If you use a PPS system alongside Express v2 you will need to ensure that your documents are under 10kb each so that they can sync between your systems. If you are scanning any documents you can keep the file size down by lowering the resolution (DPI). Please contact support@rushcliff.com if there are any issues with the file sizes.
