Just as they are in your practice clients are the integral part of your PPS system. Clients can be billed, contacted, and booked into your system and detailed logs and records can be kept, reviewed, and exported to suit your requirements.
Section One - Client Details
a. Adding a new client to PPS can be done from the client details screen, the place from which you can manage and review detailed information on a per client basis. What's recorded here can be configured by you and used to create reports to pull client-focused information directly from the system.
Find information on the Client Details screen here.
b. Build and maintain a more detailed picture of your client's medical history using the Medical History questionnaire. These are a set of questions set up by you that can be used to monitor key client issues and raise vital flags in treatment where necessary.
Section Two - Client Records
a. The Client Log, found via the Client menu allows you to easily review your client's full history in PPS. This will include all contacts, accounts, bookings, and clinical notes. You'll find all entries organised into folders based on their type to allow for easy navigation. You can also use the search function in the bottom right to find something particular.
b. Further add to the records of your clients using PPS' Attach a Document functionality which allows you to attach files directly to the record of a particular client. It can then be stored within your PPS database and be reviewed at any time. You can also scan directly into PPS and the files will be stored in the database and be accessible from the client log.
Section Three - Client Preferences
a. In PPS you can configure on a per-client or system-wide basis how it is that you want your clients to receive correspondence from you. This allows you to limit who receives their confirmations by SMS, for example, opposed to those who would prefer an e-mail. Find information on client preferences here.
Section Four - Client Reports
a. The information that you add to your client records can be used to give details reports that suit your requirements using the client reports that can be found via Reports > Reports & Mail Merge > Client. Some of these reports come pre-built to suit some of the more common reporting queries but the Client List report can be altered using criteria, date ranges, and breakdowns to export exactly what you need.
