Please Note: This guide is only applicable to users accessing our new Express v2 system. If you have not had your system updated to this version of Express you can contact support@rushcliff.com to see if you are eligible for an upgrade.
The PPS System Administrator can allow access or remove access from any user for Express v2 either through Express or PPS if you also have a full PPS system that you sync with.
Enabling Express access for a user will allow them to log into Express v2 with their own login details and disabling the user's access will prevent them from being able to log into Express v2.
Important: These changes will only effect who can log in or not log in to Express, these changes will not effect the number of concurrent Express logins that you have and pay for. To increase or decrease your Express concurrent logins please email sales@rushcliff.com
This guide will show you how to enable or disable an Express user in the relevant system.
