The forms section allows you to access the built-in custom forms where you can record specific information from the consultation in a pre-designed form.
The custom forms allow you to annotate body charts, note down information in free text boxes or select the relevant answers from checkboxes or multiple-choice questions. You can also record a signature in the form now.
Section 1 - Creating and Modifying Custom Forms
If you do not have access to the PPS you will only have access to the pre-designed custom forms in PPS Express.
To make changes to any of the forms, to hide any unnecessary forms or to have your own form templates imported please contact support@rushcliff.com
Important: Consultancy charges could apply for creating new custom forms. Please contact support@rushcliff.com with your form templates and they can assess the required work and provide a quote.
Section 2 - Completing a Form
Navigate to the consultation screen from the Client screen or through the appointment for the required client in the diary and here you will see the Forms tab.
Select the + icon and then select the required form from the list.
In the forms toolbar, you can save the form, delete the form, cancel out of the form without saving any changes, bring forward values from the previous form filled out for this client, sign off the form to prevent any changes and make the form private so that no other PPS user can view the form.
If the form selected has a body chart you can edit the chart to add text, draw, add lines, zoom in and out, you can also remove any annotations and show or hide the annotations.
You can also take a photo of your client instead of annotating the body chart making it more specific and personal to the client you are treating:
Tip: Taking a photo through PPS Express will use the inbuilt camera on the device that you are using so you will need to enable the permissions through your browser and you will need to ensure that you have a working camera on your device (eg: smartphone/tablet/webcam) to use this feature.
Section 3 - Sending a Custom Form
You can send your client a custom form from PPS Express via email for them to fill out securely online and return to you.
This will allow you to save time during your appointment by having important information already filled in and accessible via PPS Express or allow you to send a form asking for feedback on the client experience or to update their details.
