The consultation screen settings allow you to configure elements of your PPS consultation screen. These settings can be accessed either via the Settings icon visible at the top of the consultation screen or Tools > Options > General System Options > Clinical Notes.
Here you can configure 5 headings which you can use as quick buttons to add as headings when typing in the consultation screen. Use these to easily structure your consultation notes.

Tick "Notify if review of Medical History is required" if you'd like to receive a pop-up advising that Medical History questions require review each time you open the consultation screen for a client.
Consultation Screen History Display
From here you can control what is or isn't present in the consultation history for clients by using the tick boxes. You can choose to include or exclude DNA's, activities, and documents that are associated to the Treatment Episode.
You can also choose a style in which to display the consultation history.
View all history in full. If a client's history is particularly large or has many documents you may find this slows the consultation screen down.

History entries open in a collapsed form and can be opened individually by clicking the arrow in their right corner. This view can be particularly useful if you have clients with very long consultation histories as you can choose which entries are going to be more useful to see in full view.
