By default, your PPS Express login will be set to display just your diary. You'll be able to toggle between other users via the Dairy User dropdown.

Should you wish to view more than one diary at once you can do so by enabling Multi-User view from the options at the top of the diary screen.
The diary user dropdown will now allow you to select more than one practitioner to show on the diary. Select the relevant practitioners and choose Save.
Additionally, navigate to Settings > Diary Options where you can tick to choose which practitioners are visible when you enable multi-diary view. Choose Save Changes to apply these.
You'll then get visibility of the chosen practitioners at a glance when you return to the diary.
