While we do hope that the PPS system is simple, easy to use and doesn't return any issues there may be a time when you need to contact the support team for additional help or to answer a query. PPS Express has built-in functionality to allow you to send program queries and feedback directly through to our Support and Development teams.
To access the Support & Feedback feature in the Express system select the following:
You'll now be presented with three options:
Visit The Knowledge Base - Go directly to the Express section of our support site where you'll have access to help guides and videos that will take you through the use of all elements of the system.
Give us some Feedback - Something you think we could improve? We'd love to hear from you. Though we don't respond directly to feedback, you can use this option to send your thoughts directly through to our development team so they can improve Express based on the needs of our clients.
Raise a support ticket - Use this option to reach our support team for any queries or problems you have with PPS Express. You'll get a response from our support team through to the stated email address.
When contacting the PPS Support team please quote your PPS serial number so that your system details can easily be found and a support ticket raised.
Your serial number is the number entered when you first log into the system:
Alternatively, if you are already logged in you can hover your mouse over the 'Log Out' button in the top right corner of the screen and you will see your serial number next to your name, starting with 44:
