This report shows how to run a selection of clinical averages. It's recommended that you read our guide on the Summary Reports Wizard to familiarise yourself with how this reporting section works.
Section 1 - Selecting the Report
To calculate averages, we open the Summary Reports Wizard.
Section 2 - Select
The Select screen for Summary Reports gives you a wide choice of items you would like to report on. There are a selection of averages available here, including:
Average Revenue per Treatment
Average No of Appointments
Referral to Assessment (Average Weeks)
Assessment to Discharge (Average Weeks)
Walk-In Average Reception Time
Walk-In Average Appointment Duration
Average Actual Appointment Duration
Average Appointment Duration
Section 3 - Break Down
This section allows you to break the report down further so that we can calculate, for example, the average number of appointments had per location or per diary user.
Section 4 - Category & Criteria
The category section is simply allowing us to apply a restriction on the records, for example you may want to only report on a specific diary user, or department. This coincides with the Criteria section whereby you can apply further restrictions to the report results.
Finally, this section allows us to apply a date range to the report results.
