Non-Returners in the last 6 months
This report will show you how to run a report on any client who hasn’t returned to the clinic in the last 6 months. It's recommended that you read our general reporting guide first, to better understand PPS' reporting capabilities.
Section 1 - Selecting a Report
All reports can be found via Reports > Reports & Mail Merge and are sorted into sections. For this report, we’re going to open the Client List Report to use the Reports Wizard.
Section 2 - Select
In this section, we’re going to select to include clients where their Last Ever Occurrence Only appears in a specific date range.
Section 3 - Date Range
Now we need to select the date range in which the client last occurred. For example, to show clients who haven’t visited the clinic in the last 6 months, we would apply a date range of 6 months previous.
Section 4 - Breakdown
This section allows us to break down the report by certain areas, for example you may choose to sort this report by Client Status.
This section can be skipped.
Section 5 - Criteria
This section allows us to be particular about the clients we are reporting on. For example, we could choose to only show results where the Client Status is set to Active.
This section can be skipped.
Section 6 - Print/Preview Options
This section allows us to choose extra snippets of information to view in the report Preview mode. Toggle to include things such as the Number of Appointments each client has had.
