If you're a PPS Hosted user who connects to your system via a Remote Desktop Connection then you may wish to reset this password to keep the connection secure.
All new PPS hosted logins are set up with a unique 4-word passphrase that needs to be entered each time you connect to the server but you are able to reset this password to something more memorable.
Step 1 -
Log in to PPS as normal using the original password provided.
Step 2 -
Use a keyboard combination to bring up additional options allowing you to change the password.
See below for the keyboard combinations for the specific device that you are using:
Windows PC (full keyboard)
Select Ctrl-Alt-End on your keyboard to access the settings to allow you to change your password.
Windows PC/laptop (alternative keyboard layout)
Select Ctrl + FN + Alt + right arrow (end) and then choose to change your password.
Apple Mac
Select Fn + Control + Option + Delete and then choose to change your password.

Select to Change a Password
Step 4 -
Enter the Old Password first. This password needs to be typed in, it cannot be copied and pasted into the box.
Then enter the new password and confirm it in the box below. Hit enter to proceed with the password change.
New Password Requirements -
The new password that you select needs to be at least 12 characters long.
