Please Note: This guide is only applicable to users accessing our new Express v2 system. If you have not had your system updated to this version of Express you can contact support@rushcliff.com to see if you are eligible for an upgrade.
Clinical Notes, including consultations and custom forms, in Express v2 can be downloaded into PDF format for situations where the notes need to be shared with clients or third parties.
Saving consultation notes to PDF
If you have a consultation that has previously been created you can open the consultation in question from the client log and select to save the notes to PDF.
Once the notes are saved to PDF you will be able to access them through your device/browser's download folder or an installed PDF viewer.
Saving Custom Forms to PDF
Similar to the above, you can save a Custom Form to PDF by opening the form from the client log, or if you are in the consultation screen for the required client already, you can choose to 'edit' the form to open it and then select to save the form to PDF.
The system will create the export and open the form through your device/web browser's downloads or through an installed PDF viewer.
