Manually send an email or an SMS message to your client through PPS Express using the Client Contact feature.
This feature can be used to send additional information to a client, payment reminders, instructions for a future appointment and more.
Section 1 - Send an Email
Navigate to the Clients screen and select Client Contact.
You can then select to send an Email to the client. If you have an email address and/or a Cc email address saved for the client in the Client Details screen these details should be showing in the Client Contact screen automatically but can be removed or edited.
Enter a Subject for the email and add the Message body below.
Once the email is prepared you can select Submit to send the email.
Section 2 - Send an SMS message
Similarly to sending an email; to send an SMS message you can navigate to the Clients screen and select Client Contact.
You can then select to send an SMS to the client. If you have a mobile number saved for the client in the Client Details screen these details should be showing in the Client Contact screen automatically but can be removed or edited.
Enter the SMS Message and you can monitor the total number of characters for the SMS message to help you keep the message within the 160-character limit.
Once the SMS is prepared you can select Submit to send the SMS.
