Remote assistance allows the PPS Support team to log into your PC or Mac to assist with issues.
If you have been asked to provide a remote assistance ID please run the Team Viewer remote assistance program that has just been downloaded.
You'll need to contact the Support team in order to initiate a remote assistance session.
